Salute to the Fallen is a bricks and mortar project, completed and dedicated December 7th, 2013 to memorialize the Arizona veterans that served and lost their lives in WWII. Rotary 100 was the charitable leader for this effort. It was a tremendous collaboration of state and private groups building an iconic structure at the state Capital, which has already attracted nation-wide attention. Much of our effort in 2015 and 2016 will be focused on helping veterans – including support for the 211 (sort of like 911) hotline which provides support services to veterans.
